Alexander Bukleev has signed a contract with FC Beroe. The club, which has had a long and successful history including winning the title in the 1980s, finds itself in the lower half of the Bulgarian Premier League table.
New Beroe manager, Ilian Iliev, will count on the 24-years old Russian midfielder to stabilize the midfield line. Bukleev moves to Bulgaria after spending four seasons in the Russian Premier League with, Krylya Sovetov, with whom he made his senior team debut at the age of 19 in 2003.
Bukleev watched Beroe’s game with Slavia Sofia on Saturday from the stands as he expects his work permit. He is expected to make his debut in the green shirt next week when Beroe meet the Champions, Levski Sofia.
