Stoyan Ninov has received an invitation to the Bulgarian Under-19 National Team for the first time in his career. The 18-year old central defender has impressed with his Italian club AS Varese. He is officially a member of the club’s youth team, but despite his young age has already made his debut for the senior team.
Ninov, who appointed Etar to represent him as his agent just a few weeks ago, was informed about the invitation earlier today and he will certainly be very excited about the opportunity to represent his country.
He will join up with the squad for the tour which takes place in Germany starting on 11 and ending on 18 April. The Bulgarian stars of tomorrow will face the U19 and the U20 German Select-11 from the Westfalen Region on 13 and 15 April respectively. This will be followed by a game against the 2.Bundesliga side, Paderborn, on 17 April.
From Germany the team moves back to Bulgaria for the second stage of preparations from 21 to 24 April.
All this is part of the team’s build-up to the UEFA U19 European Championship qualifying campaign where Bulgaria has been drawn in the same group with Norway, Israel and Iceland in the elite round.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Stoyan Ninov to show his abilities and stake a claim for a place in the National Team for the upcoming UEFA European Championship games.
