An 87th minute goal from Muharem Bajrami has given Renova the advantage after the first leg of their UEFA Europa League tie against Glentoran.
Renova took an early lead after a penalty converted by Jancevski, but the visitors levelled the score just before half time.
Despite good pressure, Renova had to wait until three minutes form full time for the dramatic winning goal by Bajrami.
Bajrami is starting to recapture his scoring form from previous seasons. He was among the top goal scorers in the Macedonian Premier League before his move to Kaunas. He will be looking to add to his goalscoring record in the deciding second leg in Northern Ireland next week.
